What a beautiful day it is!! I make my home where ever I am, which is currently near the home of the Fighting Irish where the grasses are soft and green, the clouds appear surreal on a turquiose blue sky and the breezes  feel refreshing with a promise of something, something.
 
I spend my time in a variety of ways, doing what I can to be as present with what I am experiencing at the time, or as much as humanly possible and mostly pleasurable. I teach yoga & meditation publicly and privately. I provide healing hands sessions to those whom are ready to receive, and dabble in creative collaboration projects like web design, marketing materials and really cool inspiring projects.

I am inspired by others whom follow their hearts with great wisdom, whether a stated intention or they just do it naturally; It is beautiful to witness and be a part of…especially as I find my heart's wisdom and way. It adds so much to my own experience…
